Not sure I would react to pee. BUT if a neighbor walks their dog and you see their dog poop in your yard, I would scoop it, bag it, walk to the neighbor's house, knock on the door, hand it to them and tell them they forgot something. I have done this. Word will get around ~

Completely realize, dogs need to TOILET outside - we had a dog previously and he was trained to go in a certain area of our yard before his walks and not during his walks. Apparently, these animals are actually using the toilet. How on earth could that be construed as not disposing of it correctly?
