If she is throwing up and also has a fever, or diarrhea, etc, then that's a different story.
If your kid feels fine tomorrow, I would have no qualms about sending her/him.

Oh well, you probably have a Sahm AND a live in nanny if you are in HK. So 48 hours is more doable.
