Honestly, if you are going to Puerto Rico with that mentality that you must avoid our food and eat anything but, just stay home. I don't travel to other countries expecting traditional food like I get at home. I go with the flow. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Or at least fake it.

We have some of the best culinary experiences in the world in Puerto Rico and you don't like our food? Why bother traveling to our precious island at all? Give it a chance. If you try some kind of our food once, maybe it was a bad experience, but don't judge it from that one time.

When I think of "traditional Christmas dinner" I think of prime rib, ham, potatoes etc you should be able to find that at any of the steak houses you listed OP. Do you have something differnt in mind as "Christmas dinner"?
