It really is simple pp. I just do a little kneading by covering the dough with plastic wrap and putting a little oil on my hands and streching it out on the cookie sheet. It takes so much better than that store junk.

I'm not cook, but I have a great recipe for pizza dough...2 cups of flour, 1 oz. of honey, 1 dash of salt, a bit of water, a yeast pack and voila...put plastic wrap over the bowl until it rises. Place the dough on a cookie sheet (you can get two pizzas out of this recipe)...bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes depending on your stove. Tastes better than any store bought dough and it's easy.

You make it sound like magic.
But, I think you missed a step... what about kneading the dough either by hand or machine? Regardless, it's messy clean up.

Yeah, but it's pita bread. I'm not willing to sacrifice pizza dough like that!
