She will eat veggies if there is a dessert but she doesn't enjoy them. Take out grains, sugar and dairy though and the desserts become far less appealing
The runny nose might be just the season. If she has a runny nose other times it might be the dairy.
OP, why do you need to not do any grains and no sugar? Are you a diabetic? Or is this some sort of "diet" thing? Many whole grains are an essential source of B12 as well as fiber.
