Subject: Prince George’s School System To Make Improvements To Hiring, Retention
Building administrator is important. You have to feel supported and part of a team that's working with you if you're going to stay. You have to feel like you can make a difference for the kids. If you're just brow-beaten it's not worth it. Good building administrators--and PG does have them around-- make a huge difference.
