First class plane tickets, better hotels and better rooms in better hotels, better dining options....

I'd also add high-stakes gambling, but that's just me. Blackjack is much more fun with the black chips.

+1. No grocery budget. Don't even want to add up what I spend in a week. It would make me cringe.

And lots of takeout, bakery, gelato, coffee shop visits. Basically, no food/coffee budget.

Yes! There's always a way to change and make things more comfortable. I have a big list and we probably do one very expensive project ever year.

Why does extra income equate with extra outflow? Investing.

If you need ideas on how to spend it, you probably do/have everything you need and should just save it or give to charity.

Oh dahling, you must get a chef consultant to teach the nanny how to cook more exotic foods so Larla will have a more refined palate!

From NYT:

"Like other 5-year-olds, Erela Yashiv likes pizza and cupcakes and detests food that contains “green specks” of vegetables."

"But her mother, Stephanie Johnson, 46, who lives in TriBeCa and runs a cosmetics-case and travel-accessories line, wanted her daughter to adopt a more refined and global palate, whether it’s a gluten-free kale salad or falafel made from organic chickpeas."
