I hate peanut butter kisses. Dread the exchange whenever they show up.

I love shortbread. A friend once made cranberry white chocolate shortbread cookies - so delicious!

So glad I changed jobs so I don't have to participate in a cookie exchange this year.

Ugh--these are the ones I always try to avoid. Can't stand shortbread cookies.

We made these when I was a kid and I LOVED them. If only DS didn't have a peanut allergy, they'd still be my favorite today.

I make them with rolo candies instead of pb cups- not sure about peanut traces/facility cross -contamination, but may be a possibility for you.

If you can get the hang of a cookie press, they can be a bit challenging sometimes, those spritz cookies are nice and traditional for the season.

People always add too much flour to those, and since the recipe is so easy, it shows more than in many other kinds of cookies. Beware!

I always do the peanut butter kisses too. Everyone seems to love them.

I like these cranberry noel cookies:

Rolling in red sugar definitely makes them more festive. I usually make them without nuts for gatherings to avoid allergies.
