I even used this experience to talk a girlfriend out of cheating on her then boyfriend (now husband) with this guy in her workplaec building who was sex on a stick putting the eyes on her. I said DONT DO IT!!! Thank god she listened.

Sex drive is VERY potent. Its normal to feel that tingle. You just have to use your head to think it through. NOT flirting will give you less to think about that is a waste of time.

Well just don't dwell on it either. This can happen to anyone. Just let it be one of those things that make you go "So THATS how that kind of thing happens". And then just don't do it.

I avoid eye contact with guys beyond what is normal for the very reason that I do NOT want trouble.

In my case it was an emotional connection that began over the phone with a colleague of sorts. It was like the sweetest poison, though. Because the attention displayed to me that felt so personal was a narcissist luring me in. Luckily, I was not the type to go for an affair, but unfortunately I was feeling very neglected and emotionally mistreated by DH at the time, and this guy felt like an angel.

WRONG. SO so so so wrong.

Thank god I was at least somewhat sensible and figured it out. Had I been around him in person more often it would have been trouble. But luckily I was not.

AVOID TROUBLE SISTER! I swear. It would NOT be worth it. REALLY.

It was the eye contact. I can picture the moment when it happened. I feel so silly now.

It just would not be worth it on any level. Let this be a learning moment for you. I had mine a while back when a man made an emotional connection with me. Nothing physical, but I felt awful the whole time just because how this guys attention made me feel. He turned out to be a real psycho. These kinds of guys know when a woman is vulnerable. By you making eye contact you played into his game- now you got a chance to see his game bumped up to the next level. CREEPDAR: beep beep beep beep!!!!!

Ask your husband what he thinks. If you don't want to tell him about it, then no, you shouldn't friend him.

Good for it, if you already have a shitty marriage. If you want to stay married, then definitely no.
