This year, I am going to buy a turkey and cook it in my show time rotisserie oven. For sides, I get the Bob Evans sides from the grocery store - mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, then stove top stuffing, a jar of gravy and some veggies. Not that great I know, but it is our tradition to hike on Thanksgiving, so I have to put a meal on the table quickly My kids only eat the mac and cheese any way and maybe some of the turkey drumstick.
