OP here. Wanted to report back that I had a meeting and we negotiated a significant increase. Not what I asked but I knew they wouldn't give me as much and I'm happy with the end result. Thanks all for great advice.

PP Congrats on your offer. Obviously don't know your situation but you may want to rethink this approach. Do a search on counteroffers and read up on the downsides of accepting them.
