Not Holton, which is why I also suggested OP have a frank conversation with their admissions people about her DD. If they can offer supports, they will say so. My concern with her post is that she was wondering how to get in as opposed to whether the school would be a good fit.

OP, this is 15:57 again. if its a language processing/speech issue, this is the kind of thing that the Lab school is terrific for. Kids often cycle through Lab, where they get what they need to succeed at more mainstream schools.

OP, call the school. Get it from their lips to your ear whether they can accommodate your child and what would be in her best interest if Holton can meet her needs.

No one knows your daughter better than you rather than people who are forming life opinions based on 3 or 4 sentences about DC. After you talk with the school, not DCUM, then you can make an educated and informed decision. DCUM, no matter how well-intentioned or not, should in no way be the final say so.
