I would tell him. I was in a situation in college once (two engaged couples) and I was the only one who couldn't go through with the "swap". It was awful and awkward and help contribute to the break up of my relationship. The other relationship broke up not long afterwards. I would not be able to keep that from my husband because it would be impossible for me to pretent that nothing was said. Sort of like people say you can't "unsee" things.
