My husband is the worst lover ever. Sex is really horrible. He does these weird jerky moves an he tries to bang me in an upward motion that hurts. It's just not good. He also moans so loudly its very distracting. I met an ex of his at a party and while talking she mentioned how sex with her bf is so wonderful. That made me think it was her way of saying your husband wants bad in bed.

I think because when you live w/someone for many yrs., day in and day out...You get to know everything and see everything about them and sometimes that isn't always romantic. Trust me....When a couple starts going No.#2 in front of each other w/the door open or cleaning out their earwax in front of each other, that just isn't sexy.
But w/flings, we don't see all that.
So the sex is better. We only see the sexual side of things.
Totally disagree. The guy just needs a big dick. Who cares if he shits, his dick touches the water when he takes a dump. Still sexy!

You have to admit, this is one of the nice things about how it used to be for almost everyone -- waiting for marriage and marrying young. You had nothing else to compare it to for your entire life. You can't long for what you don't know. I almost feel bad for guys today because not only must they always be ready to perform but they must always be better than the woman's previous partners. It's a lot to ask a guy.

Part of it is familiarity. But, part of it is that the same things that make people reliable and stable tend to also make them sexually unexciting, and the things that make them sexually exciting make them unreliable and unstable. The more you're interested in sex and not a long term relationship; the more volatile you should be toward the opposite sex. The more you're interested in a stable relationship and not sex; the more courteous, polite, and safe you should be toward the opposite sex. If you want both, well, good luck with that.
