OP here. Actually, I've started to wonder if I have IBS. I have diarrhea a lot, sometimes several times a day, regardless of cold water or not.

Oh honey. That's not normal. Go to a doctor and get some help. It'll get worse before it gets better,, but it could be So. Much. Better.
