Yes, for my grandfather, it all began with a twitching eyelid at age 60. From there he aged severely and eventually died of heart failure at 90. This may not be the downward spiral everyone will experience, but I'd get to a doctor and have it examined immediately.

Good Lord, OP, do you do this often with Google? You really need to stop.

EVERYONE has eyelid twitches. Its a tiny muscle, one of the tiniest in the body, so if you are tired or stressed it will a little haywire.
