Chiming in a year later...major difference also right now between RBA (where am a current patient with full access to their My Egg Bank donor bank) is that there have lately only been approx 12 Caucasian dinor available for frozen eggs. Shady Grove has approx 60 Caucasian donors available...having me think about becoming a patient there too to increase our donor options. Anyone else have similar experience?

Yeah, RBA changing their guarantee rubs me the wrong way. If you go over to one of the RBA threads on the fertility forums there are a lot of ladies that didn't get two high quality embyros, probably why it's changing I would assume.

It's six cycles at SG so the price is comparable. The success rate is also about 50% for frozen.

I can refute your anecdotal evidence with my own about RBA. Their consults are nothing more than a sales pitch and they are fairly disorganized with on boarding out of state clients.
The guarantee program, with 5 cycles, for frozen at RBA is $30,500, and at SG it's $39,000. My experience is that RBA is much more reasonable if you run into a bad donor as well, which is more common that you would think.
As for success rate, SG's is for fresh. And it's 50%.
In the end the choice is up to OP, but I wouldn't do frozen at SG until they have more experience with it, and I certainly wouldn't pay more to do it at SG. From here, travel to Atlanta is not so expensive.
