If you said men in their 40s I'd be with you, but most professional men are getting married in their 30s these days. It isn't abnormal or indicative of any kind of problem at ALL.

If you said men in their 40s I'd be with you, but most professional men are getting married in their 30s these days. It isn't abnormal or indicative of any kind of problem at ALL.

They will sleep with her and maybe even date for awhile. They will not marry her. As one PP said- they want kids of their own or they don't want kids so don't want to care for hers.

Why not date a guy in his 50s with kids that are grown?

any guy will fuck her even she is average - that is not a question. but if she wants a real relationship, as a 41 y.o single mother, she needs to have much more realistic expectations.

but forget all that - she sounds like a complete high maintenance bitch - and guys can see that a mile away. so her inability to land a guy has everything to do with her - not with the guys.

if she doesn't believe it or doesn't want to take your advice - two things: (i) go out any Friday or Saturday night to a popular bar - see what action she gets; (ii) tell her then to bugger off and only get back to you when she wakes up.

makes me crazy that she stays living in a fantasy land.
She won't date average looking guys or shorter guys etc yet she
is not so perfect so ends up alone. I feel badly but
it's true she has to face the music herself.

This is a lesson she needs to learn on her own. Nobody will be able to persuade her until she experiences failure. Be there when that happens, that's the most you can do.
