Hi OP, try adding a couple weight-lifting sessions each week. You will build lean muscle mass, which will in turn burn more calories. I personally did not see significant weight loss with cardio (walking, running) alone unless I go REALLY hard. You don't need to belong to a gym; you can start by doing body-weight exercises like pushups (try against a wall if you're just starting out), squats, lunges. If you're pressed for time, maybe try a workout like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It incorporates weight-lifting intervals with cardio and you're done in 30 minutes. Good luck to you!
