+1 on hash. Pulled pork, onions, potatoes, eggs on top--mmm.
Pulled pork goes well in tacos, no matter what sauce it's had on it. You can also use it in a jambalaya-type recipe. Or throw it into chili.
The shepherd's pie idea also sounds awesome.
