Lentil chips. I wish i remember the brand but got them from Giant. They have a light feeling, and doesn't stick to your teeth like those Nu Thin rice crackers-forgot the name.

We just tried the Crunchmaster ones (bought them at Wegmans for a road trip) because my son can't eat wheat and the whole family really liked them. Also, Trader Joes has several varieties of rice crackers that are really, really good.
