Very nice looking - price seems fairly reasonable.... but for me the location would make me pass it over. You can make your house nicer, but you can't move it's location.

EVERYTHING a family would want, that is. Stores, schools, parks, library, metro, more groceries, restaurants, community center, etc

This is around the corner from me. It is in the total sweet spot of convenience for absolutely, positively a family* would want. All within a 5-10 minute walk in all directiions.

* I will allow that the hipster list of must-haves is not present. There is no ironic prom night-themed bar that serves hand crafted tater tots nearby.

Why are you asking me? I don't even like the damn Ashburn house.

This home is pretty good. Too much carpet and bland bathroom counters. I wish homes like these could be built closer in at more affordable prices.

The exterior is just...no

Is this house 2 blocks from metro that is 20 min ride to downtown?
Is there a whole foods and giant in true walking distance (5-10 min w sidewalks)?
Is there a newly renovated park 2 blocks away?

I really like it, but would be hesitant to buy it (even if I could afford it!) due to the street its on. That is a very busy intersection.

It's pretty, but that street is too busy. I think you can do better for the price.
