Pp- check your settings to see what's running in the background and using location information. You can turn both options off to save battery.

+1. This and the battery drain are the only 2 things I don't like.

I want to know this too, it's driving me crazy! I'm really not loving this new design.

I have it on my iPhone 5 and iPad mini.

I like it a lot in most respects, although the fonts are kind of hard to read.

Apple's servers are overwhelmed right now. Keep selecting "software update" and eventually it will work.

Thanks for the warning, you are the second person I have heard say that about the 4. No update for me.
