Ditto. I have worked in the same place for 23+ . No one there knows that I was raised as a JW, no one.
Ditto again. (Ditto ditto. Or something) This was my experience in my office, also a very liberal office, for 5-6 years. In the past few years, though, a few Catholics have joined the staff. I'm not Catholic myself, but finally I can talk about my Christian religion with these people, at least! It's a pleasure.
Of course I don't feel "persecuted" in the bigger scheme of things. But if the question is, is their any shame/reticence in the office, then the answer is "yes" for me, too.
