She looks really good with her short haircut in some of her red carpet appearances. She has an awkward unfortunate body that looks fat but really she isn't fat at all.

I don't think she's ugly, but I think she's borderline overweight.

Also, I have given her show more than a handful of tries, and I just think it is an awful show. Not funny or insightful in any way. Ok, maybe that one bit where the girl accidentally smoked crack was funny, but that's it.

If it makes you feel better, there are a good number of super models I don't find attractive. And there are also a few unconventional people I find attractive. I just don't find her attractive.


That is fine, it is just that there is so much criticism of how this women looks- it is far too common a practice to tear women down based on how they look even when that's is not what she is trying to accomplish. Even women in politics get put to a higher standard of how they "look". Like we can't accomplish anything unless we look pretty while doing it...and the fact that this young actress tries to battle that by putting herself out there in some unflattering ways- really challenges people and brings out the worst in some.

+1. Stop acting like this woman is some courageous leader for social change. She has a sitcom about self-centered 20 somethings " struggling to find themselves". It is OK, but not great in my opinion. She is nude in it a lot. She is not very physically attractive nude. There is a reason that most movie and television stars are physically attractive. We enjoy looking at pretty people. That is not a crime, it is human nature.

You're forgetting, she puts herself WAAAAY out there and gets paid by HBO for her willingness to show her body parts, as asymmetrical as they may be...

I think she is quite attractive even though she is far from the "ideal" body size.

I find people physically attractive based on face first. Lena does nothing for me face wise.
