I'm an artist and do photography, and in over a decade of snapping pics of people or things, only once has anyone said to me "Could you please not take a picture of me like this?"
If I caught you taking a pic of me without asking you'd have trouble finding your camera because I'd shove it so far up your butt.
Settle down, Rambo. I don't stick a camera underneath a bathroom stall door or into your kitchen window. If you're out in public, you allow people to see you. If they want to preserve what they see, they are allowed.
