It was not permission. I wanted a warning. I'm handicapped so by the time I realized there was water coming, until I could gather my children and walk in we were soaking wet.

BTW that neighbor was evicted. We found out she was doing it on purpose. Not only to me but another neighbor too.

Wow, I almost forgot how cruel DCUM can be. I didn't even remember that episode. It was so long ago...

We remember everything. There is no hell way that person was evicted because of that. No. Hell. Way.

My neighbor went to the management office to complain about her. She was pouring water with a hose on "noisy" people. Neighbor sued her for assault when she got a soak while playing with her kids outside. Turns out crazy neighbor was a sort of crazy cat lady. Anyway I don't know what the end of the story is because we bought a place and moved. Best decision ever!
