I ordered a test 8/5 and never got a confirmation email. I emailed to double check they got my order and several days later, got a reply that yes, they did. I waited 2 weeks, but didn't get a test. I emailed again, and this time they said they didn't have an order for me! After 2 more weeks of dumb emails (they said that the post office must have lost my results, except I never sent them results...) I am still waiting, though according to the last email, there is a test in the mail for me. I understand that the actual processing might take awhile with all the extra orders from the Living Social deal, but COME ON, they are sending me a cotton swab and a plastic baggie. They need to figure out their customer service and order process. I am dreading how long results might take to get, and if they are accurate or not. Their website says they measure "allergies and sensitivities" but I don't think they are able to tell you how "allergic" or "sensitive" your pet might be. So your pet might show reactions to 50+ items but might only have serious reactions to a few of those.
