What I found is that if they really are mostly day trained, they will work with you. If they really need to be reminded to go every half hour or else there are accidents, your child isn't trained yet and they will probably want her in pull -ups.

I speak from experience, my oldest was trained right at 2, so I wanted my youngest to be too, but daycare didn't think she was ready. Two months later they did and now she is potty-trained. You have to not use pull-ups when potty training.
Ugh. He's had 12 new "teachers" in a year. I don't think I'm leaving the decision making up to them.
Did you see here I said they didn't offer him the bathroom nor check his pull up for 3 hours?
