Definitely will go for close to asking, maybe slightly lower. You should see what goes for a mil in that neighborhood these days. "Worth" is one thing but present market value another! For those predicting another steep drop just look at how N Arlington fared in the worst US housing crisis in history, that's a sufficient historical benchmark.

Some people prefer DC. Some people prefer VA. Who cares? And the HS is fine.

I like the house - toured it a few years ago. Only thing is that it's 2000+ sq ft too big for the lot and neighborhood. But lots of nice little details.

it's a Mickey Simpson. Lots of stuff like that in that neighborhood goes for $2+m. Also most stuff in LV seems to have detached garages. Dunno why. lots of big houses on that street. not many people left to be annoyed about them.
