Correct, they also id 2R and Haynes as rising, this is IT's 2nd year, this is certainly defined as success to me. Great news.
Does anyone know if other new charters were able to get to the 60% after only one year of opening or did it take 3-5 years to progress to that point? Wondering if we can expect continued growth from IT.

The FARMS rate varies by grade and my understanding is that the total for the school is lower than the tested grade. Further, IT is only in its second year, so the tested grade still only had (at most) slightly more than a year and a half of instruction at IT but would have had as many as four years of instruction at their previous schools. The absolute scores are clearly not where parents want them to be long term but they are really good in th e circumstances and the growth from last year is especially encouraging. That is exactly what we want to see new schools doing.

Also add that the 3rd and 4th grade classes had several new students, in a class of 14-19ish that makes for a large percentage. I am thrilled!
