Pat Collins is the younger Davy Marlin Jones who I used to mix up with Gene Shalit.

I used to see Pat Collins at the FXCO courthouse all the time. Like so many reporters, he'd be "dressed up" only from waist up - dress shirt, tie, sweater vest, maybe a blazer. Then, waist down...oooooofffffffff- sloppy, baggy jeans and filthy engineer boots. He stands out as the worst offender.

Here we go again with the Pat Collins comments. My take: he's a nice man and a good reporter.

I like him. He's amusing, non-cynical, and a trooper. He seems like a decent man.

There are many other Washington institutions that are far more odious.

Pat Collins is no different than anything else that's so bad that it's good. Like B movies, etc. It takes on a life of its own and we'd miss it if people like him went off the air. He really is an institution at this point.

I thought it timely to revive this topic.
I can NOT STAND Pat Collins.
I hate his stupid snow stick.
I hate his entire schtick.
I hate the stupid contests to give out those dumb sticks like people care.
I've told my family that if I die in odd circumstances that causes the news to show up they are forbidden from discussing me with that moron.




In a brief review of this, I'm going to spend my day back to work tomorrow seeking out therapy for my obvious anger issues, but that man makes me nuts with his ineptitude all over my tv all day everyday.
