That may be the norm but there are certainly outliers. I came home from Freshman year of college and went to my doctor for an annual check up. I had grown an inch Freshman year. The doctor was VERY surprised but said it wasn't unheard of.
Well of course there are outliers but it isn't the norm (late period at 17 and continue growing, women who end up being 6 ft. plus due to genetics, etc). And "growing" from yoga is well just better posture. You don't actually "grow" from practicing yoga.
