Many people who don't eat meat still eat fish. That's why I wrote "if you eat fish." So yes, I did read OP's post. Mustard glazed salmon is divine!

I also like to dip hard pretzels in mustard.

Also, wasabi is made from horseradish, and some mustards have this, so sushi.

Salad dressing: dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil whisk together. Add parmezan if you want. This is amazing in any blanched veggie: broccoli, green beans etc. I also use it in a warm potato salad instead of mayo. We go through a lot of mustard at my house.

I love many of the suggestions above, but one I haven't see is spiced nuts. There are a couple of fantastic spiced nut recipes that use mustard.
