PP has a typo in the name but is close. He's a businessman who has been successful getting his product in a national chain. I'm surprised that his business allows him to own that house, but I know little about his business.
It feels weird typing his and his wife's name. They're just a couple selling their home, no matter how big the home might be.

Well, it seems like the Magnum family lives there. They hosted a reelection event for Bob Ehrlich. Not much information out there, but the wife is Sonia Magnum. No idea what they do for a living, but I would guess that they might have something to do with Magnum Properties which seems to be a property brokerage and management firm specializing in waterfront properties on the Eastern Shore. But that's just an educated guess based on Google hits.
Can't find any info on this so called Magnum Family anywhere

Agree...and when you have a huge bowling alley of a room and put furniture in one end and a piano at the other, why do you get to call it a living room AND a music room. Although it's bigger than most SFH, it's still only one room. The problem with this house is that you'll pay $34.5M for the house and then will need to spend a couple hundred thousand more redecorating and repainting the place, then another couple hundred thousand to furnish it. And don't forget having to hire the masseuse/masseur to man the massage room.
Well the thing is, if you can afford a $34.5MM house, a couple hundred thousand, is really not a big deal

Sure, a lot of the decor looks like something from Bed Bath & Beyond (which is bold colors and patterns because they assume you're putting it in a rental-white shoebox of an apartment), but I kind of love the light.
