We just bought a very large, seedless one at Trader Joes at 25 + Penn last night for $3.49. It was the best watermelon we've ever had. We've had bad ones from there before -- but check out this current batch. It was perfect and I ate some last night and this morning.

Shopper's produce sucks. As a matter of fact, so does their deli stuff, seafood, and just about everything else. Plus their help is like former carnival workers. Can't figure out why they are still in business....

Costco. We eat 2 big watermelons every week from Costco.

Wow! Do you have like 6 teenagers?

I refrigerate my watermelons before eating. I like that cold, crispy, sweet texture. I've picked up a few good ones from Costco and awful ones at Giant.
