Hideous and completely out of character in a neighborhood of older colonials and capes.
I always wonder if the people who buy them feel a bit silly.

On a per-dollar basis, it is unforgivable. I'm delighted to finally see something with some chops - wish I were in the market!

It doesn't fit in very well with the other homes, so the goal is to shame the builder and any potential buyer.

(which I often pass on the way to work.) Though to be fair, there's a very modern house a couple blocks from me, surrounded by capes and colonials, and it isn't terrible.
Has anyone else noticed that weird-looking, tall skinny modern house going up on Washington Blvd just north of Tallula? I really dislike that one.
