Does anyone in their late 30s after two kids really look at their body naked and say 'damn girl, you look goooood'? I've backed out of the room since 2008 - just in case DH thinks my butt still looks good, I don't want to lose that mental image.
I am 38, have two young kids, and look good naked. I am 5'7 and 120 lbs.

I am completely legit. Just saying because the PP was dead wrong. It IS possible.

I eat a healthy diet, low-carb, minimal processed food, count calories, and workout with strength training.
I just have a gross body anyway. And I hate it. the 100g protein suggestion is one i HAVEN'T tried. if anyone else has innovative suggestions, I'd love to hear then.
