And for that action they'll get to stay poor and/or in the ghetto. Hey, I don't blame the Dems for taking advantage of them. If you can ignore a whole group and still get them to vote 90% for you, then good job, two thumbs up.

Of course 20 years from now they'll still be poor and/or in the ghetto just like they were 20 years ago, but evidentally they like being there.
