MoCo is big, so I'd say some reccs that would be decent for up county aren't for down county and vv.

Addie's is amazing and I love Black Market (neither have liqour, only beer and wine). Founding Farmers is good but a bit on the louder side (doesnt bother me but may bother others). The food is good at seasons 52 is great but the service has been awful everytime. Enjoy your night out!

Founding Farmers (the one in Rockville) is your best bet. The vegetable dishes are great.
