I had all kinds of muscle and joint problems when my thyroid was out of whack. Saw a neuro and had an MRI as they wanted to rule out MS - in the end decided it was all autoimmune.

Tingling in extremities is also a sign of MS. Vertigo is also a sign if you have that. Get yourself to a neurologist (maybe a different one than you saw already). Good luck to you.
Anonymous wrote:15:12 - how were you diagnosed? I had an MRI 3 years ago because of weird symptoms/sensations and they found a few lesions in my brain, but said they weren't in the usual location you would find lesions due to MS. I asked the neurologist what they could be from, and he said "migraines". I told him I don't get migraines and then he said, "a virus". Fast forward a few years and I am having weird symptoms again and am not sure what is going on. The other day my right leg felt like it had fallen asleep and was painfully waking up while I was driving home. Now both my legs hurt. They ache and are really uncomfortableI also have strange sensations in my chest. I think I need to see another neurologist.

I had a lung function test a few weeks ago which showed mild asthma (but with all these other symptoms I am wondering if it was just diminished lung function)? I need someone to take all this into consideration and tell me what is going on
