I have several friends who are definitely in that category. My guy friends wil occasionally apply it to me as well, which I find kind of flattering because I'm pretty low-maintenance. I think the meaning depends on your circle. In my circle, it means a mom who takes care of herself and is attractive. I can see a heavier woman being called a MILF, though - some heavier women are very attractive. (celebrity MILFs: Jessica Simpson, Halle Berry, Angelina. non-MILFs: Honey Boo-Boo's mom, Kris Kardashian.)

The opposite of me.

Any mother who is attractive and not frumpy.

Mothers who wear sweat pants and no make~up are considered too frumpy to sleep with.

Mothers who take the extra time to put on some lipstick + nice clothes are MILFs.

Stockings and heels. And sometimes beer.
That is what makes a mom a MILF.

I do feel awkward around him lol. Not in a weird way, but just that he finds me attractive is funny. Also, he didn't say it to me, I overheard. It was somewhat like, "But dude, your mom's a milf..."

The term means "Mother I Would Like to F__" , the only objective criteria is that you be a mother, otherwise its totally subjective.

A MILF is a hot mom. 'Nuff said.
