Most hotels don't allow 5 people for fire safety. You can get two, adjoining rooms or a suite.
What? No chance I'd put little kids in a separate hotel room from me. NO CHANCE.

Get a room at Embassy Suites. The suite room has a pull out couch and 2 of the kids can sleep there and you can have a king or 2 queens in the BR.

but the ones i looked at are all either 1 king or 2 FULLs, not 2 queens. 2 queens would definitely work, no doubt.
and no there's no safety restrictions on 5 or more people in a room in the US. at least never in the states i've stayed. i know in EU it's different.

We have 3 dc and always stay in just one room. You could do a king bed, one dc sleep on the couch, and one dc sleep in a rollaway bed.

A lot of times if it has a king bed, there is a couch that doubles as a sofa bed. Or as someone mentioned bring some sleeping bags. 5 people is about 2 too many if you ask me.

Even 4 is very uncomfortable and we have little ones ages 2 and 4. Would not go for 5.
