Subject: What's for dinner this week?
Monday - roast pork, yellow rice, sauteed yellow and green squash
Tuesday- turkey burger sliders, some sort of pasta, green beans
Wednesday - chicken parmesan
Thursday - going to use other half of thin sliced chicken package to make chicken scallopine based on a PP! Thanks!
FRiday - out/leftovers

Wed - kielbasa and cabbage
thurs - Red lentil stew
Fri - Pizza
Sat - Lamb Gyros
Sun - Prime Rib and creamed leeks (DH requested for FD.)

20:27 here. Mustard chicken is so easy it is embarrassing. Pound out chicken breasts. Coat with mustard (I used yellow tonight). Roll in fried onions. Bake for 45-50 minutes on 375. (I use a rack so both sides get crispy)

Tonight: Baked Mustard chicken coated with French's fried onions
Tomorrow: Ground turkey stuffed peppers
Wednesday: Baked salmon with tzatiki sauce. Greek salad.
Thursday: ground turkey enchiladas
Friday: Roasted chicken
Saturday: Leftover roasted chicken turned into chicken salad over spinach
Sunday: eat out
