In Maryland, I recommend Tammy Thomas. Love her. Love, love, love her. Just bought a house in april with her as our buyer's agent and cannot say enough good things about her. There was a lot of rigamarole with the sellers over some things they didn't disclose and Tammy was extremely detail-oriented in getting everything worked out.

I'm a huge fan of Mitch Story with Long and Foster. A good guy through-and-through, dedicated, hard-working, and fun to boot. Bought two houses with him and his partner Christy. We still keep in touch!

OP here. One of us works in MD and the other in VA. So we wanted to leave it open for both states. How do most handle this situation do they just pick one state in go with it? We are looking in Vienna/Tysons and Rockville. Thanks again.

OP, are you looking in MD or in VA? And then, in what areas? No serious agent would claim to know both states.
