Actually that is not true.
Plain yogurt has about 6g of sugar per serving.
Full fat milk has about 13g of sugar.
Yogurts with flavor has about 15g of sugar per serving.
Honey is very high in sugar but is a good natural sugar.
Sugar just like salt is an important part of a diet if given in the correct amounts. It is actually dangerous to eliminate fat, sugar and salt from diets.
While obesity gets all the play on TV 30% of children are underweight. I don't think they should be given empty sugary foods to fullfil their dietary needs but many of us need more fat, sugar and salt in our kids diets because they metabolise them so quickly.
Still looking for a salt suplement that is not full of yucky stuff like dyes.
