Yes, the FxAT you can use percentiles since they did not age norm. But for NNAT you want to use percentiles because they age normed last year.

Scores were 97%ile FxAT and 99%ile NNAT. I did not submit a WISC. The GBRS commentary was excellent (I'd say comparable to my friend's DD who received a 12 at the same FCPS with a different teacher), so I was surprised by the low score.
