Pending contracts in various school districts on properties $1M or over:
Langley 75
McLean 44
Madison 31
Marshall 10
Realistically, people will continue to view $1M-plus properties in the Langley/McLean/Madison districts, such as these homes off Kirby Road, as safer investments than similar homes in the Marshall district.
Pending contacts means nothing when inventory in marshal is lower

The rest are marshall which are suprisingly the same or more
I wouldn't buy that house if you have an aversion to sending your kids to Marshall and they are young. FCPS has talked about eliminating split feeders and Lemon Road is a split feeder that goes mostly to Marshall. It could be sent entirely to Marshall in the future. I have no aversion to Marshall. We're in the Marshall boundaries by choice. I just thought I'd point that out since you mention the schools.

Well said, thanks.
Four troll posts in a row from Crazy Marshall Lady in, what, five minutes? Don't you have some chain link fences you could polish?
