Here is another one that will kill and I mean Kill your rear end. It is very targeted and I promise you will see results very fast. I modify this a bit. Here his how I modify it for me:
1. I hold a 25Lb weight and do 10 on each side.
2. I do it much slower focusing on balance at the top, never letting my foot that I swing over touch the bench. I think the person in this video is going wayyy too fast, unless her intention is cardio.
3. I do 10 on each side.
