I'm a hospitality interior designer so I have worked with them many times. I also know tons of people who work there. That said, what exactly do you want to do with hotels? Procure? Design? Manage? Planning? What? There are soooo many different departments. You can't just walk in and submit your resume and say, I love hotels! Hire me!

Just some general advice, if you have real estate or hospitality experience you could target either of those large companies. Or if you have strong functional experience (hr, marketing, finance, etc.) you could try to pitch yourself to the lodging industry. Or go for entry level, if you're young enough. Or if thisnisna major career change, hopefully you know some senior people and the hiring process isn't robust.

Interesting. I'm not OP but that intrigues me. I have revenue mgmt experience + P&L ownership over a franchisee model at my current job. Might be worth investigating
